Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Once dispatched, shipping timeframes will vary depending on destination and carrier delays outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided where available. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details entered at checkout are correct.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist.
